It should be the founder William G Carn.

Without him the club wouldn't have been formed (or worse played Rugby), wouldn't have become the top team in Kingston, the Kingston & District League might not have been formed and we might not have been playing competitive football.

Plus on the Ks archives for 1885/86 that picture of him looks like a statue already!
