Clapton community fc, newly formed breakaway 'peoples' club of Clapton fc
won the Middlesex County league div.1 title yesterday, beating Fc Roast 3-0.
The game was played at their temporary home at Wadham lodge, Walthamstow
watched by a crowd of 1,266. Incredible. Looks like DHFC all over again.
Good luck to them and I hope they return to their iconic 'Old Spotted Dog' ground
some time in the future. Been there to watch K's a few times over the years.
