Errrrm... I've never been clear about what "racism" is.
I've certainly never met anyone who genuinely believes All Ethnicities Are Equal.
I don't remember ever encountering a Chinese who'd pigeonhole me more than one notch higher than an ape - justifiably so, given the respective histories of China and Europe - so what the Chinese opinion of sub-Saharan Africans might be is an interesting question.
Still, I'm sure the way forward is via "education" - the "right-thinking" anti-racists always emphasize this.
"Educating" the Chinese that "All Ethnicities Are Equal" could be a tricky matter. Opium is now illegal and our gunboats wouldn't stretch from London Bridge to Tower Bridge so, though it was a piece of cake in the mid-1800s, there could be problems next time.
I will point out again:
Calling the buffoon who was the principal agitator for the mess we are now in "extreme right-wing" is akin to calling Tolfs a "world class goalkeeper" or Mr. Traynor, on his return, "morbidly obese". Whatever the merits of cases either for or against, stating palpable untruths and laughably innacurate exaggerations does not serve the cause of reasoned argument or persuasive debate.
