The traditional definition of a forum Troll is, - one who anonymously/or as an impostor posts in a manner deliberately intended to cause trouble/insult/ridicule etc. As far as I'm concerned, that individual has forfeited any rights to consideration by those on the receiving end of the trolls malicious output. I realise the meaning of the term 'Trolling' has changed over the years and is now seen as a descriptive for a certain type of forum behaviour even by recognised individuals.

For the individual you mention Rex, I would suggest they seriously reconsider their anonymity, because they could be in danger of being considered by some in our community to fall into that definition I mention above. A contentious but known individual is one thing a community like ours will accept/police, a Troll is not acceptable.
