Wouldnt be the greatest surprise with a large piece of "waste" ground and a desperation with schooling in that area of the Borough.
The new build in Station Road at Norbiton seems to have come to a blank and the school supposinly moving in there has nowhere to go
This is supposing I am guessing correctly on the bit of land we or Khosla were never allowed to build on.Very boggy when it rains
