How will this all end?

To anyone on here who is ultimately suffering from this virus and/or is in
the front line of our fight against it, my sincere thoughts are with you.
Football is not even a sideline to what is currently taking place globally.
To keep a bit of chat going on here, I wondered though what anyone thinks
will happen to the game at our level, below and above?
Apart from the squabbling amongst the premier, championship clubs, the
PFA, FA and the EFL, does anyone think that football will ever return to the
format that we have been used to for so many years?
There are so many factors to consider. Loss of income, contracted players,
Bi-weekly gate receipts, Sponsors, Chairmen, boards, supporters no longer
able to support clubs financially, unpaid rent, loans. The list is endless.
I am surprised that we haven't yet heard of a raft of clubs folding or going
into administration. This is merely football I'm talking about, let alone the
wider population and their essential livelihood. How will it end?
Stay well, stay safe, support the NHS.
