Having been through this recently I tell you a risk assesment is the first and most importent of all documentation you will need before opening of anywhere regarding covid.
Its basically to see that all that is reasonable is completed before the public is welcomed to a premises or event with all safety measures taken for the protection of staff and public.
That may seem simple and obvious but a thorough knowledge of all to do with the spreading of covid and the dangers therein is essential.
