New FA Charging Policies and Sanctioning Guidelines for Discrimination

The FA has issued new Charging and Sanctioning Guidelines for Discrimination.which should help us ensure zero tolerance of racism and homophobia. There appears to be strong support for anti discriminatory action amongst Kingstonian supporters so this should I think be welcomed. However, this will only really work if there is positive action on the ground by clubs and fans. At Kingstonian, the appointment of Adam Thompson as Equalities and Diversity Officer should help us take this forward
