I share your doubts SDG as to whether the season will finish,
all I would say is that this surely has got to be the final lockdown
of this magnitude, a third would be catastrophic to the economy
not forgetting the devastating consequences to people suffering
non-covid illnesses.
Come the new year finding a pub or restaurant still operating
maybe harder than we think, millions out of work and boarded
up high streets and city centres would become commonplace.
As the saying goes their is always light at the end of the tunnel,
that tunnel looks very long indeed.
