Shared use stadium

If our experience at Casuals hasn't taught us anything else, it's that sharing with another football club in any sort of long term way is at best extremely challenging. What's to say the Chessington & Hook United people would want us - if anything, they'd probably see us as more of a threat.

It seems that we've tried to find our own ground to build up from scratch, only to be thwarted by the lack of availability of land. So if we were planning to build a ground from nothing up, surely any sort of existing venue would be a lot easier. The athletics stadium, for example, already has access, parking, electricity, water, secure perimeter, level playing field, etc. A new building some some modular terracing shouldn't be a huge issue.

I think non football club sharing (eg athletics stadium, university, etc) would allow much better relationships and you wouldn't end up with two competing clubs scrabbling around on top of one another. We should be focusing on the positives and not the negatives - otherwise we're never going to end up in a ground of any sort.
