I think turning on the not-Director of Football at the end was weird. It’s not all his fault - the entire board need to carry the can for this mess.

What upset me the most was that we almost certainly won’t get a bigger crowd than this all season, but those who came today saw a totally inept performance (apart from the last ten minutes) against a team below us in the table. Nothing that happened today will encourage any of those people to return to Mitcham.

The problems on the pitch are worrying and immediate, but the biggest threat to this club is the ground situation, and there is still no communication about it. Something needs to change at the top. Soon.
