But why would the Athletics club want us? And would they or the council be willing to have the ground redeveloped so that we could use it, as it can't be used in the sate that it's in. We will need way more than what we have, and if we can't find a way of showing that we have the finance to cover this work, then this won't even get off the ground.

Whatever we go for we need a lot more money and a realistic plan of how it's going to work.

With the area regeneration, is that going to mean the potential to develop the Athletics ground? Because if nothing is planned then we are going to need to raise a shed loads of funds to try and convince the current controllers of site to let us do what we need to do to it.
