Quiz - Friday 29th June

It's never too early to plan your summer. The quiz will be on 29 June at St John's. I'm reliably informed that this is a World Cup rest day. The signed Danny Gallagher photo is still up for grabs.

Hi all. Just to clarify.
Alan and I have been organising Ks quizzes at St Johns Hall for quite some years and mainly because it is near where we live. We can get there on the evening to set up and early Saturday morning to clear up. Attendees are very good and help with stacking chairs etc at end of the evening. Alan also got a good deal with local chippy for the suppers. Some of our neighbours and friends swell the numbers adding to the money raised.
That said it would not be a bad idea for a complimentary quiz at Casuals. Maybe fans who live near the ground and know locals and food outlets in that part of the borough would be willing to do something.
Quiz is a good social event everyone can join in to raise funds and have a laugh. The more the merrier.

Over a three year period Kingstonian will have ground shared with three clubs:
a) AFC Wimbledon
b) Leatherhead
c) Corinthian Casuals
And so the ground sharers are ourselves
d) Kingstonian

Of these, which club or clubs:
- Have never won a national FA cup competition ?
- Have won one or more national FA cup competitions?
- Has fans that imagine they have won the FA Cup when it was actually been won by another club altogether?

Answers on a post card to .........

Another warm up question:-

How long before a link to John's posting gets put on a certain forum and we get a 'visitation...'

I'm not so sure they care much anymore about us not kissing their arse since we surrendered Kingston to them.

Every cloud & all that.

Surbiton Byron used to play on the reserve pitch behind Richmond rd,
which was sold to build what is now Earle Gardens.
