Execrable run continues

What happened ffs?

Couldn’t make it today but we’ve lost to 3 of the bottom 4 in 15 days.

Were there any plus points?

Is there anyone in the pyramid we could beat ?

So so sad , this great club of ours continues its decline.
Upset..

We're there any plus points?

When playing into the wind both keepers had a high clearance caught by the wind and blown back over their heads, the BH keeper ended up giving us a corner, Tolf's saved his.

What happened ffs?

When playing with the wind behind them both teams scored two goals, playing into the wind BH worked out how to get the ball in the net, we didn't.

All rather academic now considering subsequent news....

I'm willing myself to believe that getting rid of Dynan and bringing in Dean Brennan was the right move.

Keep the faith. It will get better. We're not gonna get relegated.

I like your optimism Rex, because on that showing (and I'll excuse Lamont and Bird) the rest were no better than what LD had. LD had probably lost the dressing room, but Mr Brennan shouldn't be in that position, has brought in his own players and we are still little short of woeful.

In the first half with a strong wing behind our backs it wasn't till at least 30 minutes gone that Tom Bird had a sensible shot on goal - why wasn't Brennan telling them what to do? In the second half Burgess Hill learnt from where Ks went wrong and had shots ON target.

Any excuses for that dross of a display today are completely unacceptable!

But we need to show some spirit

I agree Rex - we need to keep the faith and rally round the team. I also think we will stay up and absolutely we need to give Dean our backing and time to turn things around.

To be honest though, I thought the Burgess Hill supporters set a fine example of backing their team thru thick and thin. They turned up with their drum and cheered their team when loosing. If the team could do better so could frankly could we fans.

Hi John, what about the K's fans who paid £70 in non-refundable train tickets for Met Police only for the game to get moved? How about the fans who sponsored a game only for it to be double booked? How about the fans over multiple seasons who have paid for shirt sponsorship and never got their shirts? Etc etc etc

Hi John, what about the K's fans who paid £70 in non-refundable train tickets for Met Police only for the game to get moved?

I think it's a disgrace that this happened and how often the fans seem to come last when games are rearranged. Obviously when fans buy advance train tickets there's the risk of weather or cup replays messing it up but just bringing a game forward for unspecified 'scheduling reasons' is ridiculous. Particularly so when a good winter weather-wise has meant that neither side has any other midweek games scheduled apart from Easter Monday.

I also completely echo the comments of Gary and BedfordshireK in response to John's comment that 'so frankly could we fans [do better]'. Our fans make a lot of noise in general but when there's absolutely nothing coming from the pitch to energise you, either on the day or in respect of our dismal season more generally, it's obviously going to affect the atmosphere. We're normally pretty good at having songs for most of the players but when we don't even know who most of them are, how is that going to happen?

Not sure it’s a good time to blame fans when we haven’t won’t since January 5th and have lost three consecutive games against teams in the bottom 3. Fairnplay to the Burgess lot and their drum, but fans often make a disproportionate amount of noise, as I’m sure our traveling fans will next week.
Today was dreadful. The last three months have been dire. We don’t know where we’re playing next season. We’ve taken 1 point from a possible 33. Our mascot is an oversized novelty toy. Then(apparent lack of) noise from our fans is the least of our problems.

Edit: and we don’t have a manger.

Ridiculous comment. The players have been appalling since the turn of the year. There’s nothing to cheer about. It’s not fun in any way. At least the last Dynan days were fun just trying to work out how many we’d let in.
