If this is the case then do we plod on with what Casuals do with the ground, not much it would seem or with their approval spend our savings on it?

I believe the answer to you question will be different to the two options you have given and will be a more optimistic outcome. Unless all the legal complexities have been finalised wouldn’t expect further info at the managers evening.

We need more understanding of the shorter and longer term plans regarding our future home ground.
We need more understanding on what the Casuals supporters want, being a fans club, and what the financial implications are for them and us.
One would imagine and expect there were ongoing conversations taking place and would hope some indication may come from the forthcoming managers nite with the fans but bare in mind even the manager may have little information as too future expenditure at this time although I am sure he,and we, will keep an eye on any further announcements.

It just seems that if either club got promoted they would not be allowed into the Conference on the current ground grading. If a little bit of improvement was made each year then an upgraded ground would be ready if this should happen. However I feel that Casuals are happy as it is and not too bothered.

Think B.E. you may well be correct and Casuals sre happy as they are and remember before when we got a bit above ourselves and only after do we realise its not our ground.
I am sure any improvements we can manage with Casuals that can improve the match day experience for us both would be sensible

Before we got together Casuals had plans drawn up to replace the existing stand / club house etc with a new building, so they already had ideas about upgrading KGF, what they lack is the means to do it.

Pure guess but I don't suppose running the teams (even without wages) and maintaining KGF can be done with pocket change.

We paid for upgraded lights but not all of them were working and were told by Casuals that they would see to this? Did this ever happen!
