Best wishes to a top man.
When I heard at the weekend Laurence was in Kingston Hospital it was a bit frustating not to be able to pass it to the forum with our laws as they stand.Cant even put someone who is sick on a notice board in the church untill you have their permission.

A lovely bloke is Lawrence.
I remember when I first met him at Richmond Road he would always bring his little dog with him to games .
He's done a lot for K's and, latterly, Corinthinan Casuals.

Hope you get well soon Lawrence, and best wishes to not only you, but all of your family.

Lawrence Cooley home!

Dear all,
Lawrence is now home from his stay in Kingston and St. George's Hospitals, where he underwent an operation which seems to be successful. He is being seen by District Nurses and will be monitored by his surgeon.

Currently, he cannot get further than the front door, so will be unable to get to any football matches for a while, but he is very keen to get down to King George's Field as soon as he possibly can.

Lawrence would very much like to thank everyone who sent him cards in hospital, visited him in hospital, or posted encouragement on the forum - he says that he very much appreciates everyone's thoughts and good wishes for his well-being.
