Oh poo! just realised 3pm Sunday I'll be watching the start of a Glenn Miller Orchestra concert in Woking I booked months ago, just as well there's a must see FA Youth Cup match on Monday at KGF.

Blimey Glenn Miller in Woking, that has to be the comeback to beat all comebacks!

Come on, we can do better than this...

A quick search on Wikipedia confirms that Glenn Miller joined the high-school football team, Maroons, which won the Northern Colorado American Football (sic) Conference in 1920.

His debut against France was cancelled due to bad weather over the English Channel.

His greatest hits included included:
"Pennsylvania 6-5 Sutton Utd"
"I've Got a Goal In Kalamazoo"
"Evening Kick-Off" (aka Moonlight Serenade)

Enjoy your Glenn Miller Orchestra in Woking then get the Chattanooga Choo Choo to KGF and don't forget the Little Brown Jug.

I'm expecting the team to get a String Of (goal) Pearls together.

This is prime season for FAYC games, I'm hoping to get to a couple this week - games are on pretty much every day
