Whilst noting that this is great and has been communicated in plenty of time, this also shows precisely what should have happened ahead of last night's tie.

Dartford is on a Saturday afternoon, fairly near for most and easy to get to and home from by public transport.

Weston was none of those things.

Why a coach for one and not the other? Or is there an implied admission that the SC should have stepped up for last night and didn't?

In hindsight I think you read this right Gary . Having said that, it needs to be bourne in mind that we are all volunteers. In my case, I work, am a carer and do voluntary work. I do not always have as much available time as I would like.

It should also be bourne in mind that when Ali raised this at the Supporters Club AGM, no one else said they were up for this. There was a late surge in enthusiasm. Should we have anticipated this? I guess so and there is I think a learning point here.

Maybe a recognition over last night but we have a coach for Dartford and maybe lesson learnt so lets see if we can show our support.

just saying now i can't go to Dartford.
if i could i'd probably not use the coach, but that don't mean i don't think it's great to see.

hope this happens in future rounds, especially Sunderland away.

Ipswich away please, my old school mate owns them.

Couldn't make WSM but my heart burst with pride as I followed it.

It's like the old days again.

Dowse would be great but nobody would understand his punditry.
Mr.Kelly would be great if we played Millwall or Bristol or Brentford,Southend or even Sutton

That's if Sunderland make it to the second round of course, we'll have been booting AFCW out in the first round at KGF.

Whilst we're dreaming...

Under what circumstances would you forego home advantage in the 1st or 2nd round proper?

No circumstances you would let go home advantage as the FA frowned on the practice some years ago.
If your ground is good enough it is good enough
Also if the game is that big the tv will quite possibly be involved with a decent pay out..

Certainly NOT AFCW, it would have to be a London/Southeast club with a regular support of at least 8000. If we were drawn away to AFCW I'd have to think hard about even going to the now totally alien Kingsmeadow.

Hazmats, red spray can suits & a giant fish wearing a crown.

Or... a giant fish wearing a crown in a hazmat suit wielding cans of red spray paint. For convenience.
