Wow it is so quiet on here regarding tomorrow's HUGE game v the Cards.

Is it the GE, XMAS or the fact that we have big games regularly - esp the FA Cup.

Well I'm excited - I used to love our big games with them in the 90s esp away and that huge stand at one end and the large support they have. I'm up from the coast early and raring to go.

Another factor is that there has been an increased use of social media with large numbers of likes on Instagram postings and an upturn in use of Twitter.

Several people who used to be regular contributors to the Forum use social media instead.

I know what you mean, mate. Very quiet on here. Games v Woking were always big occasions back then and tomorrow's match against them is as big as they come. Can't agree with you about the big stand behind the goal at Woking's ground tho - I hated that. (And now you've reminded me of the blue monstrosity at Kingsmeadow, as if I wasn't already depressed enough!)

Looking forward to seeing Dowse again.

C'mon u Ks

Surrey Ad

Dowse wants to win the Trophy it's dog eat dog as far as he's concerned and they HAVE to win the game. Goes on to mention having two (?) promotions when with K's. He reckons it's the tie of round.

Dowse has a somewhat less impressive record in cup competitions than in the various Leagues he’s managed in.

Woking will be favourites but all to play for.
