Louie Theophanous
Views: 2066
The PKK, Kingstonian's entirely unofficial legal advisors, wish to inform Louie Theophanous that he is still a player registered with Kingstonian FC.
Ks agreed to cancel Louie's contact solely on the basis of information provided by the player, namely that he had no interest in signing for any other club. Since that information was false and intentionally misleading, the Club rescinds the early termination granted to the player and thus he remains under contract to the Ks.
Other clubs are invited to submit their transfer offers for his services; bids in excess of £20,000 will be considered. Other clubs are advised that Louie remains registered with Ks and playing him in such circumstances will be in contravention of all appropriate Ryman League regulations.
In the meanwhile Louie will not be selected to play for Kingstonian FC and will be fined a sum equivalent to double his weekly wage for each game missed. We wish him a happy garden leave.

Having 20 odd years experience in non league I am never surprised by what mercenary footballers do or say, as for Mr Bird I would not believe a word he says either.

Would you care to enlighten us why you hold that opinion about Mr Bird?

I see no legal reason why they couldn't.

My understanding is it’s not quite that straightforward, but that we certainly have enough of a case to write Mr Theophanous a letter outlining the above, and stating that we are continuing to take legal advice on the matter.
I hope we are doing so. Actions have consequences.

Are the club able to give a statement on the situation
as it stands,as it looks to many of us that he was not
truthful to HAYDEN or the DIRECTORS.

Nicely written piece.
Thoroughly scurrilous individual, you’re better off without him. Did he not think that his lies would be found out? He made my eyebrows raise when he signed for Ks and said he did well and scored a few goals for us (Woking). He scored absolute zip, a total lie he never even looked like scoring for us, absolute toilet in the Conference.
Ironically, the only goal any Woking fans have seen him score was against us, I wouldn’t wish anyone any bad will, but I hope it turns to sh*t for him at the latest Essex Circus.
Good luck in the Trophy.

I think you’ll see our Academy in the Surrey Cup mate, we seem have even less regard for the SSC than the Trophy unfortunately.
