Talking of photographs. A group photo was taken of us outside St James Park prior to that famous win against Crook Town, and I think Jack was right with his estimation of the crowd. Wonderful memories.

Unfortunately no, it didn't occur to me at the time to get a copy of it. When the final whistle went we invaded the field to hug & congratulate the players. In my excitement I lost my red&white K's rosette, if anyone found it in the muddy pitch then please let me know. After the game Jack and all the fans marched through Newcastle singing ' Keep right onto the end of the road' At the station the players and Peter Gleeson also the board of the club came down and cheered us off as the train chugged off for Kingston. As we approached Wimbledon Jack suggested we all go to a window and shout out 'Come on you K's' which we duly did. The end of one of the best days I can remember of Kingstonian FC.
