Got my tickets. Easy to purchase and great to have the option to have them either in an apple wallet or as an e-ticket.

I've just tried to register but when I entered the details a message came up to say that I was already registered so I only needed to login. I proceeded to login.....ah...not that password..........or that one........... maybe this one.........no.........how about..........no, not that one....... anyway 53 passwords later and still no luck! Usually a message will pop up saying "forgotten password/email" so that you can arrange a new password etc but this hasn't happened. Has anyone any suggestions ( keep em clean!) as to how I resolve this issue.

COME ON YOU Ks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Newt

I don’t know how you could possibly already be registered as this is with the ticketing provider Kaizen. Have you just tried coming out of the website and going back in?

I managed to register and buy without too much difficulty but I did note the site said in case of difficulties contact supporters@kingstonian.com
John Mac will pick this up and should be able to help you.

Hi Rich, did you resolve your issue? You need to assign the ticket only if you're buying it for someone else. When you assign it, the system initially asks for an account number and contact details. Ignore the account number box and just fill out the person's details and all should be fine.

Any issues with the system, email supporters@kingstonian.com or call 07308 302923. We were receiving and replying to email questions up until 2pm yesterday as we are now set up in the Clubhouse with Wifi access and laptop/printer on matchday.

Sorry to see that you had this difficulty. Could you possibly send details of this for investigation to
supporters@kingstonian.com

I had a slight problem with this. When you go to assign
others in your group you can get 'timed out'.
I'm not very PC savvy, but managed to sort it eventually.
