Down in West Sussex

After the opening games on Saturday in Southern Compilation two Tuesday fixtures called off due to one positive Covid test. If this is how things are here in West Sussex where positive test are below national level maybe many games will be called off.
Saw my local club Littlehampton Town on Tuesday very impressed with Covid measures undertaken there.

John from what has been posted the arrangements at Ks are well thought out.
Littlehampton's crowd is normally under 100 and the tea bar is set back from the pitch so maybe ground is ideal for Covid restrictions.

The p.a. stressing how good it is to be back and making it clear for that to continue a large part is down to supporters following the rules/ guidelines brought it home how fragile this season is.

If it’s dark when you walk past, I guess their floodlights are a great help in lighting your way.

In the Midlands, where rates are generally a bit higher, 5 out of 10 games in the Midland Football League were called off due to positive covid tests. Luckily that didn't include Worcester City's game, so I got to see their first game back in the city in 7 years, which was a great experience and Covid measures were excellent. But with this many postponements already we are going to be in for a very disrupted season (if we get a season at all :( )
