Thanks to Jamie and Kingstonian TV for this.

We are becoming accustomed to this enhanced level of communication but should not loose sight of what a huge improvement this is.

IMHO, there is a vast improvement in all aspects of the club
from the board and right through the players and management
structure and on to the supporters club and our fabulous volunteers.
The club is now being run on a very professional basis.
I quite like it down at the Casuals, but it struck me yesterday that if
all this hard work could take place at a home of our own, we would
be taking huge steps forward in non league football once again because
the structure and goodwill is very much in place.
We can but hope. Come on u Ks!

Structure and goodwill in place for a new season in our own ground is certainly there.
So much down to an excellent manager who wants to communicate with the fans and obviously with his players.
Hayden seems to have the confidence of all around him and the possitivity he exceeds has rubbed off on so many around.
A good start in the FA CUP and we can look forward to the next round with some excitement and optisism and some money in the bank.Well done Hayden,a breath of fresh air so long overdue

Hayden is very good in these interviews.

It's nice to have clear explanations behind selection and tactics (not that these were an issue yesterday)
