First mistake is to jump to quick and tell everyone Essex is tier 2.
Romford not and Grays not and Southend not so weather Pitsea is needs to be researched.
If will all unfold as the Boris legeslation always does but to start its only your household bubble to be sitting inside together or up to six people outside.
When it unravels you may find a bar or restaurant or indeed stadium across the road may be level 2 and you 1.

I don’t see how the statement is ‘jumping in ‘quick’ as opposed to what it is clearly saying that further information is being sought
Romford is Tier 2 as it is in the London Borough of Havering.

Nope, swallowed by Greater London like Kingston in 1965. Romford is the administrative town of London Borough of Havering so is affected by the London restrictions

Yes Kingston still under Surrey County Council so its rather confusing and seemingly wanted to be part of London.
London border on the bridge over Beverley Brook just short of Asda on the London side.
The London side stays on the river making Colliers Wood ground on the Kingston side but only just so along the A3 toward New Malden the left side generally is London and to the right its Kingston.
Useless info I guess but borders go back many years and tend to follow rivers and certainly not roads so knowing where the border is makes it baffling that Kingston could be in London but with the virus level 2 in Essex it doesnt mean Southend.

London stops at Malden Rushett as far Kingston is concerned, Oxshot and Epsom are in Surrey, Chessington is not.

RBK left Surrey County Council and became part of London in 1965 which is why Surrey County Council have been looking for decades to move.

The Uni were some years ago looking to buy County Hall and SCC we’re moving to Woking but this all fell through.
Kingston University then built the “Town House” extension to their main site instead.

Reckon it's possible to knock it down and build a football ground there? Asking for a pal with a ring-fenced £1MM in the bank.

I assume you are having a bubble .Maybe if our pal had £50 million and County Hall wasn’t a listed building it might have been a goer!

Not according to current maps of Surrey. As a Surreyite I can sympathise at your loss of status, but Surrey is a distinctive non urban county, RBK is now almost entirely in character a London suburb.

Cardiff on a big match day is a wonderful place to be, with the flags of both teams/nations flying in St Mary Street and the stadium just 50 yards down a side road. Sooo much better than the 'Wembley experience'.
Hope you all get to visit again one day soon.

Her Maj and I were in Somerset near Cheddar couple of weeks ago, when originally planned a day in the Principality was a definite for her itinerary, sadly the nearest we got was the view from Watchett.
