Great picture young Carl and of a great day at Wembley with Greaves doing the honours.
This was not the only time we saw the great man as he was guest speaker at one of Chris Kelly's sporting dinners.

Sad news hearing the passing of JG, a true legend for clubs and country.
Prolific goalscorer blessed with lightning pace and that knack all great
strikers have of scoring the easy and the sublime.

One of the greatest talents I ever saw.
Chelsea were not the greatest in those days and it could be cold and wet but Jimmy brightened up those difficult times.I think it was the body swerve where he could beat a defender with a shake of the hips and such sharpness in front of goal.
I wonder how he would be today with top class players around him.RIP
