Wouldn’t be surprised if more follow suit. Though if our game get canceled then everyone going to moan & complain. The people that complain if it gets called off, wouldn’t of gone anyway.
People need to wake up & smell the coffee, we’re not used to temperatures like this. The welfare of everyone is important. I honestly don’t get why everyone get pressed when yesterday game was brought forward a couple of hours.
Generally please explain, why was most people angry/annoyed that the game was brought forward a couple of hours to protect the welfare of Fans, Players, Referee & Officials of both clubs?
I’m baffled off the anger of the fans
See you Tuesday ( if on) or Saturday

I know some clubs played at 3pm & didn’t chance it & went for an early kick off. It’s unfortunate we had an early kick off but there was warning.
Thankfully the temperature look like it get cooler from Wednesday, which does include possible light rain

Ollie, you should redesign the Kingstonian badge, but with 3 pictures of Michael Fish.

That’ll scare people & I’m not don’t down play a incoming storm plus people under the age of 28 wouldn’t know he was.
Can I note I’d had checked Apple’s & The Met Office 5 day weather forecast. Yes it can change day by day but at the moment of writing previous post, that was predicted. Though one had possible light rain on Saturday & the other didn’t.

It’s going to be about early 30s *c come kick off.
Also noted that most people that complained about the early kick off, didn’t bother to go. Yes it’s a pain but come on, why complain when you weren’t even going. Makes no sense, wasted everyone’s time. The walk from the station wasn’t to bad. Ran into a wedding, NFTs (National Film & Television School) & saw the local tory HQ.

Okay as everyone is getting pissy over a early kick off- look at the World Cup not being played in the summer of Qatar. Are FIFA & co being wimps by moving from summer to winter to protect everyone.
People need to grow up, we’re not used to extreme temperatures like this. The Met office has put a red warning for hot weather for the first time. & rail network companies are warning against traveling on Monday & Tuesday with travel only if you must.
But of course because we have a earlier kick off & everyone has to leave earlier because BBC of the welfare of players, officials & fans it’s the problem

Since when can footballers not play football in 24 degrees?
Another in a long, long line of last minute unnecessary changes that I'm sure are made just to wind me up.

I thinks it’s also fans & officials welfare as well, no one what’s people collapsing with heat stroke or banging their head on concrete & having someone cut their head open & having to wait a while for ambulance to arrive. It’s unfortunate annoyance but it’s only moving your journey 2 hours earlier.
Can’t just blame the players not wanting to play in this heat, quite a few teams have moved their game forward including Bedfont Sports who kick off at 10am

Probably otherwise it wouldn’t of been moved. They’ll probably be water break s halfway though both half’s. Next you’ll complain at that. Any other pointless complaints about playing in hot weather.

You can put the tin foil hats away, this isn’t a pup conspiracy. It’s people not seeing common sense. Yes I’m a bit annoyed about the early start but it’s not the worst thing in the world & there’s a possibility of doing 2 games in a day pending on other kicks off

It's common sense to play at a reasonable time so as to avoid the worst of the heat.

I've had stupid A League games at Glory when they play at 4pm at 40+ degrees. Never mind the players, the fans are looking for any shade available and some get seriously distressed.
I don't know if 1pm solves any problems, more like a 7pm kickoff, but at least the clubs are showing some concern. Good luck, you'll love it.
Remember Slip, Slop, Slap.
