This is called a season. I call it purgatory, as a young teenager when the K's bug had bitten me I became depressed, no football for a month or two, which to me was unbearable. I would go to Thorpe Road and hope a game of some sorts was being played, alas a teenage fantasy. Friends thought me potty but I carried on until I saw those Red & White posters Possibles V Probables going up around Kingston. And it is the same today, as another season starts 70+ yrs on I still get that same feeling as the Red & White corpuscles flow through my veins once more. COME YOU K's
