The Premier League is allowing FIVE substitutions now. Anybody know what the Isthmian League rules for this are, any change from three.

Probably no change, plus the premier league/ EFL get to name up to 9 subs.
In Serie A you can name up to 11 subs,

Hey why worry apparently this won't affect Ks as the knowledgeable ones tell uswill only have a squad on 9.
