To be honest I couldn't give a toss who the manager is. The club is rotten from the core and being led by people who neither know nor care what damage they are causing.
Spencer is obviously not a very good manager, but who else would come to the club at this point? We have no direction, no soul and desperately few supporters left.

Tony Reid was sacked from Corinthian Casuals after a few months in the post earlier this season.

That is true, but they Ready and lee had success with Guildford City and Westfield with minimum budget but at C C no budget.

Yes, as a pair they were very successful at Westfield, but when they parted company, Reidy has not had success at Casuals or
E Grinstead and nor lee really. However, at a level below which is where we are almost certain to be come next season, I think they would be a decent pairing at a club that has great affection for them both. Wherever we end up next season, I'd like to see a young LOCAL management team brought in and introduce young LOCAL talented footballers to take the club forward, preferably into a new home. In the meantime, whatever we think of our current management team and squad, we must try and get behind them. As has alteady been said on here, the players, management and board know the feelings of the general support base and the anger surrounding the clubs current plight. For those of us who bother to go to IF tomorrow night, please support your club to the bitter end.

While local is great, it's not always that easy to achieve, especially nowadays, and even at step 6 you will get players and members of the coaching team travelling a considerable distance. We just need someone good who can bring players in at this level. Someone could be a great coach on the training ground and savvy tactically, but if there isnt someone on board who can bring talent in then it will be difficult for them whatever level of non-league they manage at. Same as being great at recruitment and crap at the other stuff. (See Dynan)
This guy sounds like he is not a bad coach, but can't get good players in. People have talked about promoting the u18s, but the level is so different that not many will make this jump successfully. Our lack of overall youth set up also diminishes this due to a much smaller playing pool.
From out here, it seems the people running the club have stopped giving a shit. Step 6 and low level futsal clubs have better presence on social media and these are usually completely amateur.
Combine these issues with being stuck out in Mitcham and is it any wonder we're in such a state?

1000% agreed
My Vote would be Gavin Rose or Gary McCann, especially with the lack of crowds in recent home games.

I think Hayden would come back but there would need to be a change in approach, budget and structure.

Agreed, but I cannot see them doing anything at the moment. Would love for any of those three to get the job, but would any of them want it? Especially with the alleged interference from a director of football?

The self appointed D Of F was all beams in the bar after the match. Obviously he wants the club to get relegated, he was the the main reason that Hayden resigned and Lee was not happy with his manner towards him.

Deliberately slashing the budget and making the management team's job as difficult as possible. Wouldn't surprise me if this was done in order to get us down a level in the hope of reduced expenses.
