Been looked at a long time ago and cannot be developed as home to a bats colony.

Staggered by how much planning in the UK seems to revolve around where bats live.

Protected species
Although that’s no guarantee as councillors failed to protect slow worms in a colony by Kingsmeadow (slow worms are a protected species too)

I think the person who owns the stables right by Robin Hood Gate bought the Old Bevs site some while ago.

Good to have another update, it doesn't move things on a lot but much better to have these small updates than nothing. Glad another meeting is happening soon.
One point of clarity would be helpful. Where it says: Cllr. Kirsch has...invited our representatives to an on-site meeting in early May what does this mean? That it's going to be a site visit at one of the three possibles sites and if so, does that mean that site is now the favoured one? Or does it just mean it will be a face to face meeting and previous ones have been online?

I initially read it as there would be a face to face meeting but over on the supporters club Facebook the chair says that it’s a meeting on an actual site.
so that is a development even if a small one
I for one hope the club is finally taking the athletics stadium option seriously, and that there’s still enough Wimbledon money left to contribute / make something worth having

I was hoping this was going to say the directors have decided to sell the club to KBH.
The update: There is no update

Exactly this. Feels like a statement to try and distract from the KBH statement.

To be fair this would be optimistic news if it wasn't the same Kingston Council who have naused the Kingfisher.

I understand that this is Lovelace Fields with three horses in a waterlogged field. It will be the envy of the League.
