The "Imperial Fields hoops"
From the official website:
"We're pleased to announce the next player that will be staying with Kingstonian for the 2023-24 season.
Charlie Greenwood has agreed to stay with the Imperial Fields hoops for the campaign, having been a vital part of the club's survival campaign ever since signing for the club in February."
Is that their way of announcing where we're playing next season?
Pathetic. Shameful. I was expecting something cheap and tawdry but the Board have exceeded even my low opinion of them.

Hahaha great spot, this completely passed me by.
Pathetic and so contrived, too.
Do you ever get STADIUM - CLUB written like this?
The Stamford Bridge blues! The Old Trafford red devils! The St James Park magpies!

It's like what Pro Evolution Soccer used to do because they didn't have the naming rights. Unfortunately for us West London Blues are the only team in Kingston so Imperial Fields Hoops next season it is.

Even though I think we all knew it, this is still absolutely devastating news to see written in black and white. We're condemned to another season in Mitcham with everything that means for crowds, morale, matchday experience, sponsorship, playing budget and our chances of beating the drop again.
There's not really any way this could have been announced that wouldn't have gone down like a bucket of cold sick.
By the way Michael Abnett and Sean Bonnett-Johnson, two of just six players to actually play in over half our games last season, have both announced on Twitter that they're leaving.

Think it has a great ring to it, ties in with RBK and would look magnificent on a banner behind the goal!

If that's what you think you must be on something.

Away games only for me next season.
I'd be more likely to watch Ks play in Kingston Jamaica, than Tooting.

Agreed. And there needs to be a season ticket boycott imo.

P.s. thanks to Sean and Michael - two of the top performers in the fight against the drop last year.
