I know Hayward isn't happy with Mitcham because, ironically, he told Anderson (who told me) it's "too far to travel to", hence he doesn't attend matches anymore.
Anderson also doesn't like Mitcham but, since he's stepped away, it probably doesn't bother him too much personally.
Yiorgios is perfectly happy at Mitcham, as is Fenwick. They see no urgency in moving, think the £17,000 rent is cheap and sufficient reason to remain while they chase unicorns (intermittent emails with Kingston Council) and will not countenance any alternative which "risks the southern league".
I also never get the impression that the Supporters Club Committee realise Mitcham is terminal for K's. We are entering a second season and the club is falling apart.
And, yes, part of the KBH plan was to invest money to get us out of Mitcham, to retain and grow the fanbase and stay alive while the ground search continues. That is very different to managed decline and disintegration.
