They were aiming to raise £2 mio so at the moment far short. The share offer is through seeders who, I believe, are a crowd funding company.. If I looked at the relevant page on seeders with figures quoted there and looked at the last accounts I would have quite a few questions if I was an investor. As the discussion isn’t about Dorking and I may have misunderstood the figures I will leave at that. Will say fair play about achieving the number of people they have attracted.
As in the thread ground ownership mentioned the Dorking Wanders ground (meadowbank complex) is owned by Mole Valley council and leased to Surrey FA. The Surrey FA sublet to Dorking Wanderers. Late last year the football club offered to purchase the ground from Mole Valley Council but I don’t know the latest. It appears they see advantages owning the ground but expect when comparing to Walton every case is different.

For Kingstonian I would look at Casuals again but instead of sharing clubhouse stand etc each club will have a long side of the ground with own stand ,bar changing rooms etc. Share the pitch and behind the goals with an agreement that a prospective high attendance game is scheduled the whole ground is available to spectators. I am sure my suggestion is not as easy as it sounds but wouks help maintain each clubs independance
