Of course the board are to blame.
Either we could be rubbish and still have £1m in the bank for a new ground, or we could be good and foolishly spending the Womble money rapidly.
Instead, due to their total and utter ineptitude, we have a dreadful football team AND ALSO no money in the bank.
So yeah, it is the board’s fault.
