AGM - point of clarification

At the Supporters Club AGM there was some discussion about a statement in the agenda that all nominees had to be present in order to be elected. I just wanted to clarify that this statement had been made on advice from myself as chair at the time. The complications with the process were largely due to the numbers of nominations made on the night of the first part of the meeting. The meeting agreed to be flexible as one nominee had been prevented from attending due to his car breaking down.
