Depends if we are a breakaway club or a phoenix club.

A breakaway club (Enfield Town, AFC Wimbledon etc) abandons the history of the still existing entities regardless of what they may or may not assume thenselves... a phoenix club is a new entity built from the spirit of an old one that no longer exists (Hornchurch, Aldershot etc) & claims the history as a direct lineage.
