What’s the Strategy

Protest is good and brings fans together but you need to develop a strategy or more probably strategies. I’m an Enfield Town fan so you know your club far better than I do. However from the outside every year you groundshare your proceeds diminish. I would suggest not groundsharing next season is more important than avoiding relegation. Or at least not groundsharing outside Kingston Not just saying that because we play you next week.
Initially seeking meetings with the Board could be a useful exercise. Even better would be to push for supporter club representation. I assume you are already seeking advice from the Football Supporters Association.
If you were relegated ground grading will be less significant and it’s easier to develop a site politically once you are there. If the Board refuse to engage you perhaps need to explore starting again as a fans club. It a big job and you will need people prepared to take on that work.
All or none of this may be relevant but I even if you dropped down to the combined counties I’m confident with your fan base you would climb back but the longer you leave the harder it will get.
