Good point if we aren't careful we are going to upgrade all the stadiums of step 4 clubs surrounding Kingston and eventually end up like Epsom & Ewell ground sharing somewhere vaguely local to our home area forever without the money to have a new home.
It would be good to hear some kind of achievable vision for a ground within the borough. When I think of similar clubs Horsham took 10 years to move grounds but always had a location in mind.
