That’s good news
My view would be to set up the trust, look to raising £5-10k to start up a ladies team at a facility within 3 miles of the town centre. The first option would be the Athletics track which May suit as the ladies season will not be as long. This would get the name back in Kingston , build admin experience , provide a base and not overlap the main club. If and when the main club becomes a fans/community/members club then all in place.
