But the manager did well did he ?

He knew the budget at beginning of the season and what he hat to work with.

Did he get the results though?

Yet everyone says he did a good job.

Agree with the board thing though. But can only work with what they have.

Where does everyone expect ks to be ie rock out on the pitch and win
