4. MEMBERSHIP

4.4 The Committee reserves the right to refuse membership or caution, suspend or expel existing
members at any time where there is evidence of behaviour likely to bring the Supporters’ Club into
disrepute. Appeals against such decisions must be in writing to the Chair within seven days of being
notified of the decision

For clarity for those who can't access the constitution

I would imagine the SC would be able to confirm wether it was the committee that decided this?

Not sure they if they could or should say why unless the member who made the complaint came out publicly with their complaint?
