I'm a bit reluctant to see teenagers banned from football games simply for being, well, slightly misbehaved teenagers.
I'm with Rex on this, whilst I understand what you're getting at, think this does need action.
If left unchecked, what do they become in 5 yrs time?
Don't need any more Boreham scenarios in non-league.
