Korky1 there was a point put out at the time that the land needed for AFCW to increase seating to meet EFL rules was owned by the council,who in exchange for the land got an agreement for Ks to be tenants. Your post would imply this wasn't so.
What I find strange is that as AFCW aim all along was a return to Merton they didn't insert break clauses in the tenancy agreement.
How does the £150,000 equate to the report larger sum given to Ks
