The whole setup is just an.elaborate. charade to spend the next four or five seasons steadily eroding what's left of the escrow money,as we now have a project manager and an architect perhaps we could have their names and qualifications. (Would they be Anderson,Winwright and Fenwick ) ?collecting the fees.
