Hi Paul. For clarity since you've asked a couple of times: as per the BK post above (but expanded), our offer and commitment to the board of the time - and the fans/club - was a minimum of £30k per season AND stopping the draw down of any further AFCW money. I say minimum as we believed this was the shortfall from the limited information we were provided (none), based on what additional incremental income we believed we could bring in to the club on top of the £35k cash injection AND commitment to stop the draw down. We had the capacity to go significantly further if required; this was an initial, fully costed (to our understanding), offer. There were no cash return caveats to this offer. The only - hopefully understandable - caveat was that we had an appropriate say on how the cash was spent.

And I believe it's that last bit that was why this was sadly rejected. I'm not aware of any counter offer that comes anywhere near the cash, expertise and commitment to the future state of the club than the KBH offer; the other offers just allowed one person to retain/increase control.
