One other thing of note that is perhaps most concerning regarding the club as a whole:

The club itself (via the chairman) tried to intervene with the SC process, claiming this was a club issue and didn’t need to be handled formally, despite our complaints specifically regarding the SC.
The chairman also offered to act as a witness in support for Shaun and Kevin, despite him not seeing any part of what happened.
