Good things about the running of this club over the last few seasons

- The programme
- The website
- The Twitter updates
- The post-match interviews

All done by volunteers.

Bad things about the running of this club over the last few seasons:

- Search for a new ground
- Groundshare situation
- Managerial appointments
- Communication from directors
- Marketing / publicity

All done (or not, as the case may be) by directors.

It's time for change.
