Taimour, with you legal qualifications and perhaps more knowledge than most I have the following question. With the proposed change to the supporters club constitution to make the board of directors more accountable are there any ways the information from the directors will be forthcoming? Or is this a process that is unlikely to achieve results because there in no obligation to comply.

I am interested in knowing what the agreement was and whether funds were ringfenced but it’s all very foggy with more than one take being circulated.

With a new supporters committee coming into being at the reconvened agm it maybe useful for them to have a question and answer session with the hope there maybe some useful input.
