Even though FWP has mostly, maybe completely, resolved the issue of not having all K's results in one place after the club changed sites, this had prompted me to think about my site and especially reports from pre original K's Web.

The process of doing a a comprehensive season is taking too long by covering every available newspaper report and news item, and ensuring legible text rather than just a picture of the report which may or may not be easy to read.

So I'm starting a slimmed down version which is a basic set of stats, a 10 line summary of the season and a link to a single Surrey Comet report for each game played. A lot of the prep work was already done anyway so this is a fairly quick process.

The first one produced is here for season 1920-1921:

This only took a few days while obviously doing other things so perhaps one day were I to dedicate a whole day to it. I'm hopeful that I can aim for an average of one season every couple of weeks but sometimes two in a week and then nothing for a month when I'm busy on other things. Probably going to take 2 or 3 years to get me up to the K's Web period but at least then there is a report for every game we ever played other than the recent post K's Web stuff and I'll worry about copyright etc in 3 years time.
